SWEET COLLISIONS & UPDATES

Proverbs 31:26...She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue.

Things collide in such sweet ways:

I'm wearing my Proverbs 31 t-shirt with today's scripture.

I've been connecting with Shelly Cantrell, aspiring Life Coach, accomplished photographer, She Speaks sister and dear friend who is close to completing her first book on spiritual makeovers.

Women of Passionate Purpose (WPPi) Founder, Kathryn Bonner, sent my morning soaring with a screenr.com message on igniting our dreams. (If you're interested in more information or becoming a WPPi Chick, click.)

I just finished reading this month's P31 Magazine. The main article featured co-founders, Renee Swope and Lysa TerKeurst, sharing some of their real-life stories.

Another one of my dear She Speaks sisters, Danielle Jones, is living in surrender as she candidly speaks her heart on a YouTube video.

Finally, God capped off the morning with Rita Springer belting out my battle cry, "Over I Go!"

Speechless and yet, I hear the sweet whisper of our Savior...

"It is good, but there is much more in store. Remain transparent and I will take you out of your comfort zone."

If you have not figured it out by now, I don't believe in keeping anything God gives to myself. Thus, the reason for sharing in the sweet collisions of my day and including you in my updates on this the upcoming She Speaks conference via a video log (or vlog). It's my first attempt thanks to another She Speaks sister, Dana Pittman, I'm looking forward to meeting in July.

Many promising writers, speakers, bloggers, women's ministry leaders, and dreamers will convene on the Embassy Suites July 20-22 in Concord, NC to meet other "sisters" who "get them!" Some come faithfully with nothing more than a dream; others come confidently with a manuscript as offering. But we all come wanting to hone our God-given craft and encourage the 600+ women who are trusting God out of their comfort zones.

After you've listened to my vlog, would you consider financially supporting not only me but other women who could be held back from attending because of a dollar sign?
