LIVE OUT YOUR MESSAGE

Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom he gives. Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thanksful hearts. And whatever you do or say, do it as a representative of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through him to God the Father. - Colossians 3:16, 17

Even as I write this, I know many of you may not ever attend a She Speaks conference. Over the past three years, I have come to expect great things from my experiences there. I find direction for my writing, a focus and forum for my faith and an encouragement from other aspiring writers and speakers living out the message of Christ's unfailing love as they blog, speak, write and lead in women's ministries.

So I sit in my hotel room with an expectation and encouragement I want to pass on to you and the conference has yet to begin. My encouragement - Live out your message! Christ lives and moves and has His being in you. He has delivered you from addictions, shame, abuses, regrets, fears and that message needs to be shared with your sphere of influence. Whether you impact one or hundreds, God's message is powerful, meaningful and irrefutable.

So live out your message! Write, sing, praise, teach...whatever it is, now is the time to live it!
